I work part time, am a single mum and have fribromyalgia and cervical myelopathy, is there any financial help I can claim.

i am not sure i am sure someone will know but try direct gov uk and the CAB citicens advice buro ( sorry cant spell)

I know some people get dysability and work also their is family tax credits .. good luck
