pain party......

i am starting to think that FM is a clever illness as it always seems to get worse when one of my other health issues are playing up..

sometimes it feels as if FM says ' hey she is in pain today from her OA so lets join in and make things 10 times worse'.

then of course all the other parts of my body want to join in the party and i am left feeling sore, weepy, exhausted ..

BUT

i am determined not to let them all win...if i am going to fight a war then i will go down fighting...

me too I will fight & fight zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz oops sorry keep nodding off my sleep was disurbed because whilst fm was having a sly snooze arfur ritis paid me a visit, banged my hips with a mallet,

Then gave my feet the cramps and to top it all took all the moisture from my mouth so i could not swallow so tonight I am armed for battle, amitriptlene, proxac, heat pad, ear plugs, eye mask, and a bottle of water, so let the battle commence xxxxxxxxxxxx zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz(hope)

I can relate the worst is wet weather for me, feel like a little old lady, taking half and hour to get to the kettle to make a cup of tea x
