Hi mimsysmum,

Please don't panic, it sounds like you have a very conscientious, organized GP who is covering all the bases.

I can't tell you what it might be, there's so many things, but as they didn't bundle you into an ambulance with all the sirens going, your GP doesn't think it is that desperately urgent.

I would phone the surgery, tell them how worried it has made you (because the additional stress won't help) and ask them to get the GP to call you, to put your mind at rest.

hope that helps a bit

gentle hugs, kate

its good to check things out what ever you have better safe than sorry at least your doctor is taking things forward and checking you out .. maybe your having a flare up ( extra stress or illness can cause this ) you may not have anything new but you will find support here take care of you xx

Hi, keep with the Dr's, but it might be worth looking at b12d.org, get them to check out your B12 levels, in other countries they set the level at 550pg/ml not the 200pg/ml we have set here, I have also got a book by Sally Pacholok on amazon which really helped, I now take high doses and it helps,(my nan, my mum, me and my 10 yr old all have symptoms which are varied) but like I said listen to your Dr but just check it out for yourself, VitD deficiency is becoming more prominent and I think B12 will too.

Any questions just ask :-)

hope all goes well

xx
