Hi Lindsey, I hope you find a group near you, the national FM website is helpful - they also support a person who wants to set up their own group. Perhaps Cardiff is the nearest (if they have one). I used to live near your area, and have lived in London for years - there is no support group here - only one independent group who I will be meeting with soon. If I am am able to travel there. Northern England is active for support on telephone and have a good helpline - though you probably know this (sorry just in case).
