DODGING THE SHOWERS !!!!!

Hi am now back from my daughters and had a lovely 2 hours with my 2 grandsons the eldest wanted nanny to go on the wii but i had to say no as last week it messed me up in fact i am still suffering lol

anyway i am now gonna take my own little man ( the doggy) out for about 15 mins as the sky is blue and the sun is shining so making most of it i anm in agony even my feet are in agony now lol but hay ho thats fibro for you so will see you all later

bet i get caught in a huge shower and come back like a drownwed rat
