Off to the supermarket now although I really dont feel like it. Feeling a bit better today after my c++p day yesterday but if I dont shop I dont eat so here I go!!.

Feel for you Angela, nothing worse than going food shopping when you don't feel too good is there.

good luck i went to morrisons then came home and went to bedd 3 hour lay now im not sure if i feel better or not i think im a bit fogged at the moment i nd my tea and a slice of cake the sweeter the better

Hope it was not too manic. I just popped in Sainsburys it was heaving, so just picked up essentials for tonight, will have to do big shop tmrw. Think ill go as soon as it opens.

I too have never done internet shopping (for food), may sound odd but I like to look at and feel my meat, fish, veg etc,(lol sound like a right odd ball) and am a really impulse buyer, something always catches my eye lol. No wonder my weekly shopping bill is soooo high. Have started writting a menu and list before shopping, helps a little but the odd bit just jump into my trolley lol. Lou x x

I survived the trip!!. Stopped to have lunch with a friend before I did the shopping which was nice, and it means no cooking for me today - even better.

I have thought about internet shopping but havn't braved it yet. I dont always have a lot to get and like Lou I like to prod my fruit and veg.

Didn't get carrot cake today Diddle but I did get a lemon and a chocolate roll which looked lush. Also got 2 egg custards which have already gone!!. Will try the rest tomorrow though.
