Pain pain go away

Been to work now my joints are sore and my body hurts. head all fuzzy and tired. Just fed up with this Fibro gets me down when sometimes you have a job to get up and carry on. Just wish I could find a hole and hide away .Anyway sorry for going on xx

thats just how i feel today hun its so unfair we have to carry on in so much pain mines in my legs im sat with them up at mo but its doing nothing just driving me mad

My pain is also in my legs and bottom so I can't sit for long and also stand for long. I certainly no how you feel

Pain pain go away, When it gets rough, for me, I put on soft music;

go and lie down, where Iam most comfortable, darken, the room and

take some deep, cleansing breaths,usually this helps me!!

I hope if you are up to tryin this, it should ease, the pain, somewhat.
