woke up today with a lovely big bruise on my foot....can't remember knocking it as i been a good girl and had a few lazy days....its not painful just looks nasty.....

Hi ya i too wake up with bruises all over, god knows why but very strange,this has been happening for the last couple of years, i just put it down to the illness'es i have, gentle hugs xxx
