I’ve noticed recently that I am forming bruises without injury. They do form in places where I’ve had pain I.e my wrist on the inner side below the thumb after increased pain and aching in the arm and hand. Finger joints, hips the list is endless. It’s occurred more frequently in the cold. I’m active and have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, arthritis was ruled out although the symptoms of swelling, stiffness, pain and fatigue continue.
Does anybody else have this? Or should I go back to the GP. Feel a bit like a hypochondriac with the visits over the last few years!

As Bobbassett has said, please go to your GP, as this may not be anything at all to do with Fibro x
It really depends where your pain is and if this course is for you, having listened to what they said are you keen? Travelling will not be as bad after a few sessions, so maybe go along and after no. 3 tell them about your journey and the pain it causes and ask if they can help with that.
I have expereinced clusters of small bruises after I,ve had a steroid injection, I have been told its nothing to worry about unless they grow larger...bruising is blood so if you are worried tell you g.p/
Yes, I have to say that I have had bruises where I have not been aware of any injury... HOWEVER, I must also say that I have a downstairs loo, so use a commode upstairs at night, and am fairly certain that a number of the bruises I get are off this blasted contraption where I may knock myself slightly without realising it in the night.
As others have said, always worth a question with your GP
