Of all the things that normally cut my sleep short, this morning its cold knees!!! sounds daft but they are like I have stuck ice pack on them. I would laugh if I wasnt so tired xx

hi lv its not daft cos im sat ere wi a thro over mi knees,i av same prob n the heatins on...iv got 2 pair of leg warmers iv ad since 1980 n often sleep in em.my son laffs at me.lv fm me xx

hi none of us can choose the bizarre things that we have wrong through fibro and it is always such weird things i hope that your knees warm upand have you got any deep heat cream or tiger balm you can rub onyo them ,love to you diddle x

My hands get like that and stop me from sleeping... or they go to sleep and I can't move for a while! Oh the joys of fibro!

Hi I am new & have'nt joined in any conversations ystart wearing gloves to bed lol. Xet. I have begun to get really cold hands too. If I do get sleep its my hands that usually wake me cos they're so cold. I also get very sore retless legs & sore knees. Maybe we need to start wearing gloves to bed haha.

It does not sound daft to me gerisly, I to often have cold knees, more often cold hands and feet, I put bed socks on but haven't resorted to gloves yet but that's a thought thanks JusJackie lol and welcome to the group and don't worry about typo's we all do that from time to time. My most bizarre cold part is my nose sometimes it feels like a block of ice on my face and very often keeps me awake as thats something you cant cover lol, xx

oh wow i thought i was the only one with the cold nose thing it can get so cold its very painful . never thought it was a fibro thing , but my knees get very cold and right now so painful that im struggling to walk

ive just tryed a bit of fishing its cold wind tday. to cold for me so sat in the car.....couldnt get warm after so had a nice bath.that did the trick...xxxxxxxxxx

Thank you all for your comments. My knees finally warmed up. The hot water bottles have come back out of the closet..lol

Hi all ive just been yet again for another assesment for appeals doctor was liftin my legs up n allsorts then he said rite get off the couch!!!!! i thought yeah rite easier said than done!!! finally got date so fingers crossed n 3rd time lucky :(. The thing is we are all in so very much pain 24/7 sufferin, if we were an animal they wud put us out of our missery wud they not?? Honestly if i loose this appeal i really dont no wat im gonna do!!
