Feeling rough

Started with a really bad head cold last night and can't seem to even get out of bed today.

My daily fatigue score is around 7-8/10 but add a simple cold to the equation and your doomed lol.

Poor you Julia....there does seem to be an awful lot of colds/flu/bugs around at present so if I where you I would snuggle up under the duvet and stay there with lots of water to drink and maybe a lemon/honey warm drink. Depending what meds you are on does mean you cannot take some of the cold and flu treatments available as they don't necessarily go together! Hope you feel better very soon.....soft comfy cuddles coming you way xxx

Thank you trikki. I haven't got any cold and flu remedies in at the moment. I have giventhem you others and now I need then.....lol, always the way isn't it x

Hiya Hidden sorry your struggling. My neighbour is just getting over this horrible bug. Each day is hard enough for us without you having this. Stay warm and drink p!enty. No use fighting it hun. Take care x

Hi hun, yes this virus seems to be plaguing the nation, even our queen has had it! I am just getting over the nasty cough it brought but it has flattened my fatigue levels and I don't want to go outdoors or do any chores at present. It only seems to hang around a couple of days depending on age and severity, and I just bought over the counter cough capsules that breakdown the phlegm making us cough.. However I would add that anyone who suffers COPD or Asthma get g.p intervention as inhalers and nebs wont shift it.
