My IBS gets worse with certain foods but can't say I have noticed it causes me more pain.

hiya purplerainbow nice to here from you-some foods effect my ibs which is related and causes bloating and back pain, which in turn creates fatigue- xxx

Hi Julie thanks for the message, Ive not been diagnosed with IBS but have a very bloated tummy alot of the time and sometimes when I eat somethings Im running to the toilet within minutes and pains crampy ones, and sometimes constipated, its not very nice. Hi Jules, good to meet you too and thankyou for your lovely message I love purple too its a strong positive colour and makes me feel happy Im seeing my Dr on Thursday, im in alot of pain in my neck and shoulders, especially the right side as a result of a car accident which resulted in whiplash.
