hi there, just joined this site hope for someone to talk to when iv no one else. i was diagnosed 4 months ago un to be quite honest think my doc feels its all in my mind it makes me sad i dont remember the last time i felt good? and to top it all been turned down for dla , bet you all think am a right moaner xxxxx

No, we definitely do not think you're a right moaner! We're all here cos we have this rotten fibro and it's such a friendly group, we laugh and we help each other as much as we can.

Hi jamjam, i have just replied on another post too.

You moan away, thats what we are all here for. You say what ever you need to ask what ever you need to too.

You will proberbly need to change your gp, if you feel he/she isnt helping you.

Did dla say why they let you down?

I got turned down last year and it was due to them not even asking my gp, it was some who i had only seen once and knew nothing about me.

I have just started the ball rolling again, have you had to appeal yet?

hi and welcome on to the site i do hope that youm will find alot of help and comfort on here youre not alone you know we are all here for you and each other it is horrible if your GP thinks like yours you are not the only one on here with that i am lucky my GP so caring i applied for blue badge a month ago and got it i saw my gp and asked about dla she said go for it apply so i am going to dial on 21 t may to help me do the forms . anyway you will find so much help and advice on here obviously we are all a multitude of medication and you must always see your GP before you start or stop anything but you are not a moaner you should see some of my blogs the last few days having bit of rough ride we all do now and then but on here no one will judge you we will all comfort and help you along so hope to chat again love diddle x
