i get this all the time too. i believe everything has a cause and this needs to be looked in to. (( big hug )))

I have given this a great deal of thought and after speaking to my family I have decided to ring doctors tomorrow and ask for an appointment with practice manager because I feel this doctors attitude towards my illness is not justified.

This sounds very sensible. You might find you get on better with another GP at the practice.

Have you considered allergies/intolerances/sensitivities? Or could a skin problem be the cause?

I used to suffer with this all the time a couple of years back, and my doctor told me it was stress related, he gave me a special shampoo to use and it did stop after a few treatments xxx
