hi everyone!2nd nite on amitriptylyn wasnt as good nites sleep as first!so hope tonite i will sleep better!im sleeping on 2 quilts to softnen my joints if thats help to anyone for idea?x

Hi lollpop....hope you do better tonight. Expect the quilts are nice and soft, but have you thought about getting a memory foam mattress? Know they can be a bit pricey, but from what I've heard they are excellent. One day I will get around to getting one myself! Good luck tonight.

hi nicki47,my sis has memory mattress &i tryed it but didnt like it.she suggested a sheepwool electric blanket,as keeps you warm&snuggly.(she too has fb)going for alay down inabit otherwise i cant relax even though i lay on sofa,thxs xx

defo an electric blanket is good , even in hot weather , its soothing for your joints, get one that you can leave on all night , they only cost about 2p or so in electricity

hi i glad meds work i take 3x them a night and still no sleep gp put me back to 1 a night plus all other med i have got electric blanket they are lush except when you feel wet think you have peed yourself and realised it is seat as you forgot to turn it off ha ha done that few times and i have double quilt plus double sleeping bag plus 3 x squashy shaped things still no sleep love to you diddle x

Diddle you made me chuckle!i had a nice rest this afternoon!i have pillows in my bed between my legs to help joints!good job i have a understanding hubby lol....&cosydaisy i love my hotwater bottle(except when a bare bit touches my bare bits...ooch)thxs made me smile xxx

I love my memory foam mattress, its so comfy but unfortunately I still dont sleep that well.
