Perfect for all invisible disabilities, which are so difficult to explain - when you look so normal but feel so ill, when you carry on doing just enough to appear 'normal' so that you don't disrupt too badly the lives of those you love, when you don't every day list today's complaint because pain and other distresssing symptoms are your 'normal', when lovely caring friends who don't understand say that you look much better and if only you would take up all the projects that you used to do then they are sure you will overcome everything (and you know they truly believe it).

This really is a way of expressing all of those feelings, and not having to go through the tedious conversation of explaining yourself so that people will actually understand you and how you're feeling, Spot-On. Thanks for sharing.x

I must say this is an excellent portrayal of how people feel with invisible illnesses, not only Fibro but all others.I'm feeling terrible at the moment,at home friends and family said come on well have a couple of hours down the pub or theirs a party going on at someones house.I declined all i remember when i was always first there ,not anymore i know my limits and they are virtually nil.But you see my family and friends still don't get it,nevermind, that's why looking at that picture sums it all up,Happy new year love jacksiex

This so says it all. My friends have said "Oh come on ! New Year New You! You can at least try to shake off all this negativity! " If I could, or any of us could just snap out of it ,do people not think we would!!

Happy New Year every-one x x Big Gentle hug x x
