today my hands hurt&my bottom cheeks have nerve pain!slept bad as usal lastnite so im going for a bed rest in abit!i think its terrible how lots of people are made worse due to stress of having assessments,mine is impending&cant help worry.takecare evryone x

was feeling bit better,but starting to feel rubbish!indoors feet up watching film best idea i think in this weather!cold hurts my hands,does anyone feel better in the warm sunshine or same?x

Hi lollypop, come on, every one feels better when the sun shines, I fell asleep this morning in my arm chair, after a bad night, I started to wake up gently with the sun on my face, felt wonderful, thought I was in the orient or somewhere exotic. Try and stay positive, it can only get better.
