me to on as many but difrent names that befor 4 hourly pain meds tramadol and 500x2 parosetamol i have a big bag monthly from chemist but hay we are in pain because we do try and do the normal things that people do so if we stay in bed don't get out then maybe things would be difrent BUT we don't we run are homes . we take children to school , take dogs out , get meals ready for the family and then look after others . and then end up in pain and others look at us and say what rong with you , you look fine to me you run you house and go to work so hay stop puting it on the way you do . But no one walkes in are foot steps no one feels are pain are heart aks no one has the fbfog . so think of life without the meds ,and with out the fb fight that we fight every day to get up out of bed to get drresst do the school run do the cleaning , the dinner ,tacking the dogs out and not going in to a corner and fulling apart . so be strong as only fb people are . and you make a point of getting up in the morning and taking that first step and the next will come sofft hugs from me to you good luk

can i say somthing ,i said to gastro the consultant for IBS ,if you take somthing for years you body will become "IMUNE" to this medication he smiled at me ,

well your in your body 24/7 no one knows your body like you do and you are correct,as my freinds from Epilepsy group some on upto 13 tabs a day but its the internal damage it causes,as i only take 3 and wont allow them to cahenge as me Neurologist worked 2/3yrs to find combination to control and effects.

The trouble with Doctors of today the just want to prescribe but dont take into acount the "side effects on yourself" or how one medication works with the other.ive found the best a decent pharmacie and knowlege yourself ,good luck

xx
