Bad day today... :-(

Hi all,

I have had a really bad couple of days, don't know if weather related but yesterday I didn't know whether I should sit down, stand up or lay down, really fidgety(thank god for spellchecker)..lol

Today is even worse, I don't know which bit hurts more, my back or ribs or hips or shoulder or knees or head or neck. I think it would have been quicker saying which bit didn't hurt...lol. I am not sleeping well of late, don't know why, no real change in my meds, maybe my body is getting used to the sleeping meds again, will have to see the doctor again soon.

Started my Pro D3 tabs yesterday, they had to be ordered direct from the manufacturer which I thought was strange but then told that it was a special order...lol, they are metallic green, I told my youngest that they would make me like superman and he said "but dad superman is allergic to Kryptonite", bless him, he's only 14 lol.

I think I will start my own chemist soon as I said to the pharmacist that I will be getting a job in his chemist soon as I am nearly there as often as him, then the cheeky sod said I was welcome to work there any time I wanted as I knew where most of the tablets and potions were.....rofl

I seem to have the IBS under control at present, no flare ups, bad stomach cramps etc..

Think I will call it a night as it has been a very tiring day, more tiring than normal, think it may be due to the cold. So I will say goodnight to all and hope you have a good nights sleep. I will be on here early if I don't, lol

Happy Easter to all and don't eat to many eggs...lol

Hiya Steve, I think we do get worse when the weather changes, I seem to ache more when its too cold. Good luck with the new meds, looks like you have a friendly Chemist person. xx

hi you sound like i feel the last few days why? it is awful isnt it the thing is w look the blessed same i wish we had like a ring round us that people could see so they knew what pain we were in like the old ready brek ad lol love to you diddle x

The weather definitely has something to do with it. I've had 2 full days in bed this week. Bowel decided to kick off on Monday and exploaded (if you know what I mean without being too explicit). Went from constipation to.....Kerpow

w.... Had taken some Fybogel to help with constipation caused by painbkillers. This in turn did not help myh inflamed bowel, so then had to take more painkillers,get back into bed and its more or less been water and cream crackers since then. Have had to force myself to get up yesterday and today as my back if hurting with lying in bed for so long. Can't win can we. But definitely think this dampish weasther does not help the FM (or my spelling - cant be bothered altering words. As you can see,everything is too much trouble. So tired..
