Does anyone know if I can apply for DLA, tried once but got refused, and if I can is it possible to do it online?

Yes is the answer to both questions You can reapply fr dla every 6 months and they do have an online form to complete but to be honest you are limited to the details you can put down and a paper form would be much better. Also if oyu are turned down again appeal against the descision and get the disabilty charity that vcovers the whole country or the citizens advice to help you as i had to appeal and fought for over a year to get my dla and it then took them over ten years to get it issued indefinately

Hi yes you can re apply not sure the time limit though and yes you can do it online i filled a form in on line but i did not submit i saved it as i wanted to make sure i was 100% happy with my answers etc but then i saw my GP and she said apply and go to DIAL and get them to fill it in for yoy so i printed it off and am taking that with me to my meeting love to you and good luck diddle x

DIAL is a UK organisation that assists disabled people throughout the UK. they have a website if you would like to know more about them. I have not used them, when I claim DLA I used the site Benefit and works which you can access from this site.
