my aunty is a gp and she recommended i get a vit d blood test as she said my symptoms fitted with that deficiency. i just got a call from the docs to say i have a very slight deficiency so i should start taking supplaments which should help.

i hope you get a good result as well, its nice having something you can actually do isn't it!!!
