Hi pammy63 i'm new to this site and finding it helpful at the moment. Yess i get a lot of pain in my tail end as well it is very painful and can make walking very very uncomfortable. I have had Fybro for 10yrs now and still can't find anything which helps. I do try to find the softest chair but this is not always possible. Sorry i'm not any help but just knowing we're not on our own helps.

Hi Pammy. No, you're not alone, I'm suffering right now, right across the bottom of my back, and left buttock and leg. After spending all yesterday in bed with inflammed bowel I;ve got up to this. Feel as though I;m going to die but I won't, had this too long now, since 1989 and I'm sure I'd have been a gonner by now. Was my own fault with the inflammed bowel, ate a snickers bar (nuts and chocolate and then later in the day on Friday ate a cheese butty, all no no's). Should have known better by now but its' like childbirth, once you've had the baby you go on to have more. Not that that is likely to happen now thank god, much too old. Bottom of my back feels like a it's playing a concertina - still wont be told though, have been in garden pulling weeds out. Feet up now and reading how all our friends on here are feeling today. Beautiful sunshine here in Liverpool, just like a summer's day. I'm a right pain in the a..e. Lovely to have a moan and there's no one saying "you moaning again". Have a nice day everyone. X
