Mondays always seem to drag on forever, at the weekend I have my husband and sister home and its so nice to have company then I wake up on a Monday morning with another week streaching ahead of me of being alone unable to get out without any company.
Find my self looking at the clock all day waiting for 5pm, roll on friday!!!!

Aw bless you Jessy. That's horrible. Makes every day so long.
Do you have any friends who pop in for a cuppa? I hate Mondays as I have 4 days of work ahead of me. No wonder we get depressed when we can't do the things we want.
Unfortunatley I lost a lot of so called friends when I became ill I have 2 good friends one who moved to london last year :o( the other is in egypt for 3 weeks....its alright for some hey !! lol
Hope you have as good a day as you can, thanks again for saying hi :o) xxx
I'm not working too hard this morning as my little one is sitting doing puzzles next to me and she is better at puzzles than any 2.5 year old I've ever known.
Might do a Mother's Day card with her this afternoon or tomorrow. We've done a flower and put her photo in the middle. I get stuck for ideas.
I just can't get my head around people abandoning friends who are ill. It's just awful isn't it!
You could contact your local volunteer centre, they may be able to get someone to 'befriend' you who could come round or take you out etc? Loneliness is a nasty thing.
Or have you heard of the U3A? The university of the 3rd age. Its for people who need something else in their life. My mum belongs, she is involved in discussion groups, lunch clubs (they collect those who cant get out easily) there are groups for just about everything. if there isnt one you fancy then you can start your own!
I too have found out who my friends are with this illness. Most of them work.
This site is good though isnt it, it keeps me busy from my jobs lol.
My partner finshes at 3 through winter but it will be 4 30 as from next month, but i still have my kids from 3 onwards. All they do is stress me out with arguments constantly lol.

Dont sit there clock watching it will only make you so low. why dont you start to read a book or try a hobby crosswords.i know some days you will be in pain but try and do a little something to occupy your mind or weeks will drag, i try to do something, i go into kitchen and clean out cuboards but stop when i am tired you should do that over your whole house by the time you have done every room and every draw/cuboard/wardrobe it will be time to start all over again. also you could jus go out for a little walk and jus see how far you get. as long as yo can get back again. you may meet someone you know have a chat etc. have no friends that live near? i see my friends at least once a fortnight for natter. You coyld always put a blog on here and anyone with fibro near to you ,you could all meet up give it a try please just dont sit wishing your week away take care love and hugs Diddle x
Thanks Diddle I do try to read or do some small craf projects when I can, I'm afraid I generally can't even get dressed with out a lot of help and can't get outside of my house at all due to the steps without my husband so durring the week going anywhere is just not an option. I do try to keep my mind off it though and thanks for the reminder as I've not been doing my crafts as much so tomorrow I'll start a new project!!!
My sister is home now so I'll help out with home work thats always fun!!
