Hope your all ok fellow sufferers & this mixed weather is not getting you all down too much.

I am at the moment in Devon & every time I come here my mood lifts. Could it be the light is different here or is it cos its nearer the continent?

reading about the lilo was funny cos last night I slept on a blow-up bed at my daughters. It was a great nights sleep & my bones didnt ache so much. I have a memory foam mattress at home & the blow-up was far comfier. Yuo just need a good cover over the mattress cos the plastic can feel cold. looking forward to going to bed tonight!
