-Being able to spill everything you are feeling

-Being able to respond to other people's posts and feel good about yourself

-Being unjudged

-Laughing at everyone's fibrofog and knowing you are exactly the same :)

Feel free to add your own.

I'm now awake and I guess feeling a bit better maybe..

Lol yeh, I've started checking it way too often lol.

Being able to talk to people who really understand how you feel.... and although it's sad so many are suffering , it's comforting to know you're not the only one and you haven't lost your marbles :)

Hi hun, its good you have picked yourself up abit :)

Talking to others who understand, being able to ask questions when they pop into your head, support from others & supporting others, being able to express your true feelings, (if your having a flare/ bad day or having a good day)

But agree with you and Lynz, addictive. Think my FB Account must be feeling neglected LOL (but who cares, really enjoy the blogs & questions find them very informative. Unlike regular updates of what my friend from school who i havent seen in 15 yrs, had for her dinner LOL, :)

Does help to know there are others feeling the same, I used to wonder who had taken possession of my body and what was going on. now I've got back possession lol understanding what is going on helps and seeing other people having the same is some comfort. Kisses and painfree days
