wow, thanks to you all! Those pancakes do look amazing, don't they?!

As it happens, my hubby thought of me and made me porridge (which I love and he hates) for my breakfast.

I shall definitely be looking into egg free recipes for the next family birthday though. Thanks again mayrose x
