fell on ice

while on a cruise last week I fell on ice that had not been cleared, although nothing broken it shook we up and spent the rest of my holiday in a flair up and to add to that I already had a frozen shoulder, then two days before end of cruise a crown came loose ( not the on my head ha ha ha) so it’s the dentist for me tomorrow .
