I have Black Forest Ice cream in the freezer and have just sat here and said to myself, whilst melting at 9pm in the North East of England... where it's always freezing cold...

......... I could just eat ice-cream and then your post has just sealed it

It's been blinking boiling here today and I'm in chesterfield, Derbyshire which is why I decided to have it 👍🏻👍🏻

We can't really complain here as my best friend lives in Chicago and their weather is freaky, boiling summer and horrendous winter, it was snowing to 3 feet deep in early May then tshirt weather 2 weeks later and last winter was minus 25 degrees *brrrrrrrr* Her family own a famous bakery there that supply cannolis and spumoni to loads of restaurants. They make the best gelato I've ever tasted mmmmmm or it could be something to do with the private "help yourself midnight tour" 👍🏻👍🏻 can't wait to go in October!

The first time I went over we went to all the places that was on Chicago ManVsFood as my friend introduced me to Adam as she is a friend of his - so we went to the places for a laugh. Plus we did all the touristy stuff. Since we have just been doing the local stuff, to be honest I've preferred it and I've become an honorary Italian American ha ha This time I'm there for Halloween again!!! Too excited for it, just hope to be well

I'm also thinking about getting a consultation with a fibromyalgia specialist while I'm there - not sure yet. I've already had a medical report done and some of the suggested tests seem to be impossible for me to get referred for. If I save my pip money, maybe I'll get them done.

Talking of eating. does anyone know why my daft dog is going round the living room licking the carpet. I know that it could do with a clean, but its not that bad. Honest.

I have never seen any of our dogs do that.

My hubby splattered tomato sauce and mackerel all over the kitchen floor, he looked at the floor then shouted Meg. Auto mop in action he left her to while i put the mop back and also left her to it.
