I have been suffering from hair loss for a long time. Taking iron tablets helped.
My hair are fine. I got a hairpiece from local hairdresser, and was completely ripped off. Since then, I bought another hair piece from Amazon. I feel so conscious that I can't wear hair piece outside. Even though, I want to wear it. Does anyone wear hair piece? Thanks

I can’t help with hairpieces but hav you tried biotin. I’ve been taking it and my hairdresser is always commenting on how thick my hair is now and how quickly it grows. I bought it for my hubby as he is on methotrexate which can cause hair loss, but he didn’t want to take it so I gave it a go. Worth looking into maybe?
I was going to ask you that, but I wanted you to tell me, just incase it worried you, two, there’s your culprit, it’s well known for omeprazol , and esomaprazol, which is what I am on, with long term use, it causes hair loss, combined with some shampoo it can make it worse, try taking biotine, also, I use the Ozzie hair rescue shampoo and conditioner and rescue tonic, I also add argon oil spray, pre blow dry, and I have a mobile hairdresser every 6-8 weeks to keep it in shape, my hair has got thicker, and is so shiny and bouncy now, I know it’s devastating to think of losing hair, but you can get it back.
Try only using your omeprazol , when you really need it, but if it causes problems, then obviously take it every day
I have several different hair pieces and wigs. It took a while to gain confidence to wear them. I don't try to hide the fact that my hair has got really thin and that I wear wigs now. Most people either don't notice or don't care but those who do know say how nice they look.I used to be embarrassed but they make me look better while making me feel better.
