Sorry too read about the extreme fatique, could you ring your doctors surgery for some advice for a piece of mind, ? Hard sometimes too know what’s going on or side effects from Fibro,I hope you can get some advice , sometimes surgeries will put you on a call back so you can speak too available doctors x
I have Fibro from EDS (hypermobile joints) - which causes TMJ - maybe it is that?
