Sorry to hear your having so much pain. I too have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia and understand your pain.
I use magnesium spray which does help. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and hips and had to research self-help with making my pain levels better. I now walk with two sticks for better support and take fibromyalgia vitamins and vitamin C to support my immune system.
I changed my diet due to some food can affect osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia to pervert any flare-ups and this has worked for me .
I rub my muscles with warm oil to warm then which makes them relax and ease pain.
I now do chair exercises to support movement for both osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia there are many on YouTube which are helpful.
When laying down make sure you support any pressure points with pillows which take the weight off the joints.
Keep stretching throughout the day this too will help you support your pain levels which should ease as you keep doing it.
These are the suggestions I used and they work for me. However because we are all different individuals it might not work for you but there no harm in giving this a go.
Eat a good diet to build your body strength. The key is move throughout the day and drink lots of water . Good luck 👍 and take care. Xx
Hello I liked your post, can you please tell me the fibromyalgia vitamins and the diet that helps you? Thanks
Hello Blossoming . The diet , I followed was my own linked to researching osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia .
I lots 2 stone in weight using this diet. Plus taken myself of long term painkillers which were not dealing with the pain and creating side effects symptoms which was not linked to my osteoarthritis or fibromyalgia.
