My mum has had feet problems for as long as I’ve known, at first drs thought it could be plantar fasciitis but are now looking into fibromyalgia. She finds it so painful to stay on her feet all day and always comes home from work that he feet are in so much pain, she’s on no pain meds and drs made her special In soles to put in her shoes which haven’t helped at all, she is on her feet all day at work and I’d love to buy her some work/casual shoes that can bring her comfort and maybe take away some of the pain she is in. I’ve researched what the best shoes are but only comes up with sketchers. Which she had at the moment.
Has anyone got any ideas on what shows would be best?
Thank you x

Hi it may well be plantar fasciitis as there is a strong link backed up by research that links fibro and tendonitis. Worth treating the fibro and the feet. I used KT tape- lots of videos online about how to tape- and bought orthotic insoles that I wear in every pair of shoes. Cheaper than buying new shoes- I just transfer them. Hope you get it sorted.
Hiya Cookie2002 I've had a problem in the last six months with the soles of my feet no matter how many of those shoe inserts they still felt like I was walking bare feet on gravel!! But I went on the wish shopping site and found shoes/ trainers called shaker shoes and they are fantastic I can walk for ages in them they help my legs and make me walk up straight! They are muck cheap so I thought give them a go and I'm not losing a fortune!! I would recommend them 100% 👍😀
You're welcome Hun like I said if they don't help they're not very expensive some of these branded shoes charge a fortune!! I'll keep my fingers x nothing worse than having sore feet! 😀
