Hello first time posting here, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2020 after 2 years of tests. I also have degenerative disk disease, bulging disks and osteoarthritis in my hands. I made a claim for pip for the 1st time and have just received a letter saying my claim was unsuccessful, some of what they have wrote is contradicting, and I recorded the 2 hr assessment call so have this to refer to.
I will definitely be appealing this as I am currently having physio for my back as I can barely walk 5mins without being in agony and needing to sit down as well as suffering with bad neck pain and headaches often resulting in needing to rest.
Looking for some advice for doing a mandatory reconsideration please.

I’m sorry you were treated so badly - I had a similar experience and did a mandatory reconsideration. What I would say is contact citizens advice and they will guide you through it once you have got a copy of the report.
I think they hear what they want to hear as when you receive the report they have put in, it totally contradicts what you have told them. One of the things that they had put in mine, was she can drive 🤪. So if that is the case everyone that is disabled and has a mobility issue would not be able to use their mobility part of DWP to get a car. On my appeal I stated that yes I do drive as do many that are disabled, and I drive an automatic car with power steering 🤪. I don’t know where they get their assessors from. Maybe Kindergarten 🤣🤣🤣
Take a look at my previous post where you'll find links to Guides that will help you make the best case you can to receive PIP. healthunlocked.com/fibromya...
