pip decision????????
Hi Heather
You have to do what's called a Mandatory reconsideration before you can lodge an appeal. Have you got a copy of the assessor's report? You will need this in order to challenge what they have said. If you PM me I have a pdf version of 50 ways to challenge the assessors report as I'm a member of Benefits&Work.
Best wishes
Moggy x
PS - in fact I will try and PM a copy over to you if I can
May I have a copy as well please? ! x
Hi Heather
Please may I suggest that you lock your post? You will get more replies if you do.
Personally I would advise you to get some professional help and advice.
First off it might be best to contact Janet our benefits advisor. All of her contact details are to the right of your screen in blue under Pinned Posts.
Wishing you much peace

Hi heatherpeewee
I am so genuinely sorry to read that you were given such a low award and I sincerely want to wish you all the best of luck with your mandatory reconsideration. The benefits & Work website is really good and this is what Janet, our FMA UK benefits adviser has access too.
I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
