oh it is so lovely the weather today and yesterday. who finds that when the weather is good, it lifts everyone's mood? again. i've woken pain free this morning and instead of trying to sleep more. i've got up and embraced the day. kinds regards to fibro sufferers. xxxx

The sun has most definately lifted my mood but not pain free - my arms and back are hurting, but nothing like the last few weeks......months...... hey ho ! I hear where you are about sleeping - instead of retreating to bed as I have been i actually was up and running at a reasonable hour today.......better make the most of it while it lasts . Have to careful in sun as the light can trigger my migraines but on with the sunnies and sit out for half an hour or so to watch the doglets playing.

i love seeing so much more sun as it does lift your mod, but for some reason it leaves me in more pain. although i woke up at 6 today, hubby bought me a coffee, it was cold before i had the strength to lift the cup and drink it. I have nodded off over the laptop four times already too, lucky no coffee spilt.., have managed that twce this week already. all I wants to be pain free, I'm just sick of it!
