Hello, my advice is too differently see your doctor for a piece of mind. Fibro can have many symptoms and yes it’s not always the easiest condition too live with on a daily basis which is why the forum is a good place too chat ,read posts and get helpful advice. It sounds very uncomfortable for you so I hope you can get an appointment very soon ,take care.

Hello, I agree with Yass, check in with your doctor on this. We shouldn't put everything down to fibro and just put up with it. Best of luck, it sounds nasty x

I afraid many of us suffer from gastric reflux decease I had also suffered for many years before Finn have an endoscopy. They found a hiatus hernia and inflammation I take 30 mg lanzoprazol every morning for me it controls it completely. Get along to your gp push for some investigations. Good luck.

I suffer from fibro and many other things one being gastric reflux which has been put down to an oesophageal hernia. Now on two lots of antacids.

My stomach issues just got worse eventually the GP referred my to the surgical unit at the local hospital. Now having lots of test and investigations. It’s taking time but at least they ruled out cancer. They did find a stomach polyp. Being sent to a second hospital for more tests around pressure and acidity to do with the oesophagus and stomach.

It’s worth talking to your GP. All the best.

Hi I suffer with really bad indigestion, reflux and heartburn but I don't think it has anything to do with Fibromyalgia. I am prescribed Omeprazole and Acidex, and my GP is doing some tests to see if there's a bug in my stomach. So please speak to your GP.
