Reflexology

Hi

Has anyone tried Reflexology? I have horrendous pain in my feet & ankles. Also wrists & shoulders. Pain meds are not really helping so thought I might try reflexology & was wondering if anyone has had any positive results from it?

I found reflexology very helpful coping with the pain some people get after having radiotherapy…but that was pain from an external cause if you see what I mean.

I don’t know much about it …I don’t have any experience of dealing with pain from Fibro or any other ‘natural’ pain.

But what I had was non invasive so if I had unbearable pain again I would give it another go.

Hi. Yes I have had reflexology and found it helped a little. I would say it's worth a try.

Hi, I have reflexology every 6 weeks. It usually results in a better sleep that night. I have been going now for 6 years. It's definitely therapeutic for me. Worth trying.

I can no longer tolerate any medication after awful side effects.

Hi Faxgirl, I have a reflexology treatment once a month and I do find it benificial. the pain I get in my back clears an awful lot quicker than it used to. A good therapist will also pick on other problem areas. I would say it's definately worth a try for a few months. Good luck
