heat abroad do you feel better

might remember me asking about heat abroad if you feel better in it as i was going on cruise by myself...well ive been last week it was a wonderful experenice on the cuise and i did feel better in the heat

I'm.off 2 Lanzarote.in the morning, the sun does me the world of good with this chronic pain, especially my shoulders n feet

I try to go about 4/5 months of the year. April, May,September n October. Only booked this on Fri £17-49 n £40 return. Bargain. Can't believe how much better I feel over there x

We went 3 times last year and have booked for March, May and Christmas for this year, keep looking to book one for my husband's birthday in October, but at the moment the price is sky high - we always go with Tui - not a lot of choice at our local airport, Cardiff, plus we go all inclusive because of our health issues, especially mine as well as Fibro I have COPD, so if one day we don't feel well enough to walk out we can get everything we need at the hotel! Hope you have a good flight and a wonderful time. x

How lovely, I'm so scared to go anywhere that involves flying or sailing unfortunately, but we do like to explore the British coasts, We save up and hire a motor home for a couple of weeks once every 2 years, I,m glad you had a wonderful time
