Itching

I've got a tip for itching skin I used to scratch my arms so bad I had scars and scabs that took ages to heal. I now have my nails done, with acrylics, and even tho I still itch, I can't deeply scratch the surface of my skin or pick at scabs, so I'm all healed up. 😅 definately worth the money to keep having my nails done every month!

I wish I could stop, My doctor says it's self harm?? I disagree and have my own nails 😀 great tip though, I'm wondering what I can stop to get my hair done?

Janpan🙌🙌spot on. I am beginning to feel as if I reply to so many lately with that’s me!! That I feel like those people who say I’ve been there, got the t shirt etc but I honestly have to do the same thing each month…Otherwise I scratch myself to pieces, scabs, scars🤦‍♀️If I don’t have my nails done my own nails are so raggedy is the only word to describe them that during the night I scratch completely unaware until I wake up looking like I’ve been mauled by a lion🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️I completely empathise 💅x
