Bad Dreams
Hi, yes I often get bad dreams, although not every night. Last night I dreamt that I pulled a bit of dead skin off my foot and all my toes fell off. It felt so real, I had to check they were there when I woke up. A few nights ago I was about to be eaten by a lion and woke up to an awful noise outside my window which turned out to be a fox. I never seem to remember the good dreams, if I have any.
Yes I can confirm ,most night ether nightmares ,or night terrors ,
Yes I have often remarked that I only ever bad dreams, never good ones. I have googled it a few times, It does not appear to be a thing....
Hi, I used to have nightmares which we were so terrifying it was like being in a horror movie. That was when I was taking Amytriptaline. I no longer take medication and the nightmares stopped. I wish you well.
Yep, I always have anxiety dreams. Ironically the only restbite we get is when we sleep only to be haunted by bad dreams 🤷. When Ive taken sleeping pills or when I was on amitriptyline and then Duloxetine the dreams stopped but unfortunately the side affects while awake weren't worth it for me so now don't take either and accept the bad dreams 😕X
I seem too get nitemare s more when I am feeling out of sorts for some reason , I wake up and think gosh that was weird x
Yes, I get them worse with the Duloxetine that I'm on. This is mentioned in the side effects for the drug though. Leaves me very out of sorts for a couple of hours after I wake up.
Yep, Duluxitine is so bad for nightmares.
I’m having them every night atm, it’s making my pain, fatigue and migraines worse and I don’t know what to do about it as I can’t cope x
