Hi I use a Magnesium spray on my legs, I just spray it on and gently smooth it into my skin, I use it every morning straight after my shower. You can buy it on Amazon. If you have a bath, an Epsom Salts soak is good too.

I also have a weighted blanket on my bed which really does help me sleep, Lavender oil spray on your pillow can help you relax too. Hope you find something that will help you soon. It's a case of trial and error, as what works for some won't work for everyone. Take care x

Hello Amanda, working full time must be very hard on your body , have you spoken to your doctor recently ? Yes hot water bottles or heat packs very good, agree that a good soak in Epsom s every day or evening is a total must for me personally. I do use a rub in gel on shoulder blades , lower back ,neck , recently been using Eve Taylor muscle rub, found it very good, can tap name in on internet, Amazon might also sell it. (Always check with ur pharmacist if on any meds at all) if you can rest quietly on any lunch breaks/tea breaks (guessing you’re in a hospital)@switch off completely with a cuppa. My friend works in a hospital as a HCA @ finds somewhere away from the staff room on her breaks so she doesn’t get disturbed, I always stock up on the Epsom salts when I shop and see certain brands on offer (Tesco s Boots etc)xx

Hi. I use Ralvo gel patches. You’ll get them from your GP they’re good for night time when you feel worse I also use ibuprofen gel and put it on all over paracetamol on top if pain bad and ibuprofen for inflammation. You can get stronger drugs from docs but I stopped them as they didn’t do much good and gave other side effects. Good luck.

CBD drops and rub in oil help.

Massage and compression garments can help with sore stiff muscles.

A weighted blanket and U pillow are the only way I get any sleep
