Lidocaine

Well yesterday I had my first of 3 lidocaine infusions and don't know if it's mind over matter but I do feel better today obviously not totally pain free but better than I've felt for a while so fingers crossed hope everyone is not in too much pain today xx

Morning it's lidocaine basically an anasthetic which is fed through a drip for 2 hours I've got 2 more to go I've had it once before but had no relief from it but doc said as I'm on higher dosage of morphine it may work and I must admit I do feel better still in pain but much better x

I had my 2nd lidocaine infusion done 3 months ago for fibromyalgia, it eased the tip of the pain from my toes and fingers but didn't do anything for the rest of the widespread pain, unfortunately it is now wearing off and my next is not due until next year
