vertigo

can anyone suggest to reduce spinning vertigo is bad I need to some comfort I tried exercise the meds drinking water etc anyone who has experienced vertigo please let me know what I can do been to drs few times

I do the Eply manouevre and it works quite well. You can Google it. Some GPs can help you but they are rare. I also have some tablets, but they are only for when you suddenly have a bad vertigo.
