Has anyone tried or have any knowledge of NovoThor PBM Therapy light beds? A friend saw a leaflet in a waiting room recently, so I’ve done a bit of research and it looks very interesting and if the stats are true good be very helpful for fibromyalgia sufferers, no mention of cost though! My fibromyalgia is getting steadily worse along with the accompanying fatigue, it would be wonderful to think there is something out there that could improve my quality of life but I don’t to build my hopes up and spend a lot of money if this is nothing more than a sunbed 🤔

Hi,

Life is beautiful with all its ups and downs and it is too soon to lose hope because of fibromyalgia.

I have a busy full-time job, but I was able to manage it with diet, especially salads, and exercise like yoga and swimming. Although I am in pain many times, I try not to think about the pain because it is more annoying and makes the disease overcome me, but I think about my work and goals.

Writing is very effective for me and removes all negative energy.

I useetodolac 400 mg pain reliever when I have really bad pain, i.e. when I can't walk or can't concentrate on my work.

In my opinion, after 5 years of going to the doctor and doing tests and checking different medicines, I came to the conclusion that the treatment of this disease is in the hands of the patient. You should see what solution is right for you.

In winter, rabbit wool clothes were very useful, and February 2023 was the only year that I was not bothered by the disease.

I hope that helps.
