last night I was just having issues with hot flushes

Menopause Grrrr

My hubby brought me a pint class of ice cold water,Something so simple

yet so good. When I looked at my electric clock it was 11.11, got as comfy as I could and closed my eyes, When I opened my eyes it was 12,12,

I didn't know I'd been asleep,

Nipped to the loo and got comfy again and nodded off, Nothing strange you might think, hmm

Thats until once again I woke up 01,01 - 02,02-0303-0404 and the last one waaaaaassssssss?

You got it, 05,05, I'm leaving my clock off tonight!

I just found it odd maybe a fluke? Then as the time passed on, darn right spooky.

I know this is not really about Fibro (apart from sleep deprived ) But I would ask if any body else have strange stuff going on?? It can't be another part of fibro fog surely?

Thats really freaking weird👻⏱🤔. Look it up there may be a strange meaning to it 😉.I always make a wish when I see 11:11 on the clock. 🌠🎋😊

Oh the dreaded flushes 🤣I’ve an ice machine and also one that is part of my fridge , ice cubes in water (lush ) some people say they still get the hots years after they finish 😩I always keeps boxes of ice lollies in my freezer even in the Winter 😄xx

It's so simple isn't it, The best things in life are free (apart from,the water bill and electric for the freezer) There's a song in there somewhere.My ice lollies don't stay in the freezer,Good idea though, Thanks for that
