[Divorced]

hi I have Reumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. Is this weather effecting others? I ached all over and terrible headaches 😎😡

Hello, yes I am sure there are many who suffer because of the heat. Just like the winter cold effects others.

I don't think there is a great deal we can do but stay indoors. Closing the windows and blinds helps to keep the worst of the heat outside.

Its an obvious reply but try and stay cool. I have put on fans in the room I sit in. And on again at night in the bedroom. , I also put my feet in cool water. Anything to keep my temp down.

have you tried the chillmax pillow Dizzytwo?

Got all the family them last year when the Mercury was hitting beyond 30🥵 they definitely cool the body down during intense heat.

And I always have fruit pastel ice lollies in the freezer🍡🤣

🥵🥵 Oh Yes! That's actually a good likeness to my face today. Sweat is running into my eyes and into places where you just don't even want to talk about. 😳

Heat is Torture to me, everything hurts so much more and work is a nightmare. There's not too many of us, most do better in heat but I definitely know how you feel 😩 gentle hugs!
