Both is tough going - any advice - I've just been resting best I can - finally got my temp to normal today 🦋

You have my sympathy I’ve had it twice in the last 8 months 🙄 All you can do is rest and self care, don’t try to do too much to soon, drink plenty and I took paracetamol and decongestants, basically treated it like a bad dose of the flu. Hope you soon feel more yourself self 🤗

HI there, sending empathy and hugs as got it last year and knocked me for 6☹️, I did sleep a lot, plenty of fluids and had too be patient till it jogged off, for me it was a good 3 weeks before I even went out, take care I hope you start too pick up soon xx
