I haven't had a massive flare since Dec 2019 and I'm worried that I am day 2 into one now. I'm worried about losing my job as I had to resign from my one in 2019 due to the flare. Trying to stay positive but its so hard.

Good morning sorry you have gone into relapse, you mentioned you had to resign from an employment position because of a long term flare relapse. Do not resign or let your employer hint or say we will have to let you go. The employer has a duty of care to their employees so if it’s a big employer they will have a human resource department which will help deal with these things.
