I have had me gimble go wonky and loose balance, its not as bad as vertigo.

there is a useful exercise video on youtube for vertigo , wrap a bath towel round neck

crushing pain down arms could be in need of a blood pressure check asap.

perhaps ring 111 if do not have a bp monitor yourself. it could be something more serious

I have spoke with 111 who sent an ambo as i was struggeling to speek fully. hr was tad high but everything else was ok. I did do a long walk yesterday but the room spin started the day before. I am trying to get back to some kind of adventure as it is my happy place

might be an ear infection or the cold weather, lacking a vitamin or mineral, or dehydrated.

a water infection can also do weird stuff, so worth chasing the gp for appointment.

pain can also raise the blood pressure, I detest those electric monitors because they hurt with the arm bag blowing up.

hope feel well soon

Hi Ellie,I just got over covid and left me with mighty vertigo it's really bad but Fibrovhas never done that to me. GP prescribed me with Prochlorperazine 5mg but it did not help one bit. If you have stomach problem it can cause the V.

Hi Ellie yes I have had trouble with vertigo and the pains you mentioned plus lower back and hip pain and have simply put it down to my fibromyalgia nowadays. I think the anxiety causes a lot of the vertigo. Hope your feeling better soon and get some answers off the GP.
