I like this as a quick overview to someone who doesn’t have Fibro but wants to perhaps understand just a little bit

not all symptoms ascribed to fibro online are technically part of fibro. Aso as people with fibro tend to be above 40 and female then there are conditions and symptoms that people will have due to that age group or profile but are put down to fibro. Symptom clouds lead to symptom totting and competition like behaviour.

What is symptom totting and competition like behaviour? I never realised Fibro was most diagnosed in the over 40’s I really did get a 7/2 off suit poker hand

Yes, It is a simple to understand information leaflet for family and friends, without boggling them with the complexities of Fibro. Not sure about those colours though.
